Simancas has a new space for artistic creation, \u2018Backyard Arte Simancas Gallery\u2019, conceived as a meeting point \u201cto combine culture, reflection and dialogue\u201d.<\/p>\n
This is how the promoter of the initiative defines it, Pablo G\u00f3mez (Valladolid, 1967), cultural manager and visual artist, for whom this cultural meeting point is not born alone, but rather that \u201chistory, tradition and customs, united with its people, will form part through the gallery of the movement that is taking place all over Europe, even worldwide, called Agro-Arty \u201d.<\/p>\n
G\u00f3mez has made these statements during the opening of the gallery, which was held in a municipal hall, in an event in which residents of Simancas and friends of the artist participated. The mayor of the town, Alberto Plaza, has also attended.<\/p>\n
The new gallery is located at number 14 Calle del Arrabal, in the historic center of the town.<\/p>\n
